CMBS Conduits

Gimbert Realty Capital been placing conduit loans with CMBS lenders since they first arrived on the market nearly three decades ago. From our experience with securitized loans, we know that not all CMBS Conduits are the same. Gimbert Realty Capital has expanded its sources of capital to include Agency/GSE loans on multifamily properties.

Gimbert Realty Capital is a loan originator for one of the most respected Fannie Mae DUS / Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer lenders in the country. This partnership provides our clients access to the full suite of agency debt products and a direct channel to underwriting & credit. The agency quotes we provide have no additional fees included or hidden premiums built into the interest rate.
